Is Havana Syndrome Permanent? Havana Syndrome may called permanent through past research. Havana Syndrome was started in 2016, the next layer came in 2021, since then it has continuously affected US intelligence officials and their families till the end of 2023 and the predictions are there to be faced in 2024 as well. Havana syndrome (formally “anomalous health incidents“) is a disputed medical condition reported primarily by U.S. diplomatic, intelligence, and military officials stationed in overseas locations.

How serious is Havana Syndrome?
Is Havana Syndrome Permanent? In Cuba, published in the journal JAMA in 2018, found evidence that the diplomats experienced some form of brain injury, but did not determine the cause of the injuries
The health problems typically had a sudden onset: the victim would suddenly begin hearing strange grating noises that they perceived as coming from a specific direction. Some of them experienced it as a pressure or a vibration; or as a sensation comparable to driving a car with the window partly rolled down. The duration of these noises ranged from 20 seconds to 30 minutes and always happened while the diplomats were either at home or in hotel rooms. Other people nearby, family members, and guests in neighboring rooms did not report hearing anything.

“Havana syndrome is a set of medical signs and symptoms reported by United States and Canadian embassy staff first in Havana, Cuba, dating to late 2016, and subsequently in other countries. The U.S. Department of State has referred to the events as “unexplained health incidents” or UHIs.
“In 2018, U.S. diplomats in China reported problems similar to those reported in Cuba, as did undercover CIA agents working in other countries with partner agencies on missions aimed at countering Russian covert operations.
“A study of affected diplomats in Cuba published in the medical journal JAMA in 2019 found evidence that the diplomats experienced some form of brain injury, but did not determine the cause or specific character of the trauma. While there is no expert consensus on the syndrome’s cause, a co-author of the JAMA study considered microwave weapons “a main suspect”. A National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine expert committee concluded in December 2020 that microwave energy (specifically, directed pulsed RF energy) “appears to be the most plausible mechanism in explaining these cases among those that the committee considered” but that “each possible cause remains speculative.” In 2021, investigators were considering new evidence, including blood markers from patients, which had recently been collected and analyzed more systematically.
“The U.S. intelligence services have not reached a consensus on or a formal determination of the cause of the Havana syndrome, though unnamed sources in intelligence and two presidential administrations have expressed suspicions to the press that Russian military intelligence is responsible.” (That is, five years later, and not one highly educated person from the U.S. knows the cause. That is simply too bizarre!).
Who created the Havana syndrome?
What came to be known as Havana Syndrome began with RADAR and Heinrich Hertz circa 1887 based on James Clerk Maxwell’s work on electromagnetism. RADAR was then brought into the real world in the early 1900’s by Christian Hulsmeyer.
It was later during World War II that the operators of US RADAR systems started subjecting themselves to the earliest forms of Havana Syndrome when they stood in front of the microwave-sending units. For it was the warm feeling that the microwave transmissions created within their chests that let them know that the system was operating.
Multiple microwave source targeted transmission came later. First making the scene out of its top secret classified status as a weapon in Havana. Hence the name Havana Syndrome.
It is worth noting that CAT scans and MRIs utilize similar principles. As does targeted radiation treatments for cancer.
So don’t let anybody con you into believing that there is nothing real about Havana Syndrome.
What are the symptoms of Havana syndrome?
1. People believed to have the condition reported hearing a loud sound and pressure in their heads before experiencing dizziness, unsteady gait and visual disturbances, according to a 2020 report from the National Academies of Sciences.
2. The report, which examined the symptoms of 40 federal employees, points to pulsed radio frequency energy as the most plausible cause of the brain injuries, though the U.S. is still investigating. The National Academies of Sciences said no similar conditions have been documented in medical literature.
3. Nearly half of the 200 potential cases involve CIA officers or their relatives, U.S. officials familiar with the matter told NBC News. About 60 cases involve U.S. Defense Department staff or their relatives, and about another 50 cases were linked to the U.S. State Department.
4. The U.S. is working to ensure all affected federal employees have access to specialized care at Military Health System Centers of Excellence, according to NBC News. The Senate also passed a bill in June that would authorize additional financial support for these individuals.
5. The government is considering picking a prominent academic institution as a dedicated center to provide acute and chronic care for affected workers, three people familiar with the matter told NBC News. The U.S. has already tapped the University of Miami and the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia to help treat government employees.
Is the mystery of the ‘Havana syndrome’ unlocked?
Is Havana Syndrome Permanent? Public memory is short. This started in Moscow at the US embassy on Tchaikowsky Street in the 1960s. It was called Operation Pandora in 1966. By 1976 microwave bombing was a known problem. It’s been investigated and denied ad nauseam by our government, despite the documented injury to our fellow citizens working for us. The list of spontaneous abortions, brain damage, and psychological injuries is well documented. MRIs of the brain found lesions.
By 1965, Down’s syndrome was being linked to radar exposure in a Johns Hopkins study, pub. 1965. Further study did not conclude mutagenic effects from radar exposure, but it did find chromosomal abnormalities from non-ionizing radar radiation in 1974. The American government installed aluminum screens at the Moscow embassy in 1976. Our ambassador, Stoessel contracted a rare leukemia-like disease likely due to the radiation exposure.
The recent investigation findings (Feb 2, 2022) into “the Havana Syndrome” being caused by radio waves is snow job. The government will not come clean because they have permitted the general public to be bombed with 5G and cell tower radiation, airport radar radiation, and radio and television broadcast RF radiation. By denying the Moscow syndrome in the 1970s our government has encouraged the Havana Syndrome and the current rollout of 5G. It’s a hosing.
