In the trailer, Kartik Aryan plays the role of Murlikant Petkar who won the gold medal in the Commonwealth Games in 1970 following another gold medal in 1972’s Olympics. The nickname of Murlikant Petkar is “Chandu.” Chandu is shown as a child who has the ambition to win a gold medal for India. He was always fun with his classmates. He faced too much criticism during his journey. He also faced many failures but he never lost his heart and finally got gold medals in the Olympics proving everyone wrong. He got fame and became India’s first gold medalist in Olympic swimming.
