Is this because of misogyny and toxicity?
Controversy surrounding Sandeep Reddy Vanga: If that’s the case, then from the day 1 these people will be speaking against all those movies which objectified women with creepy camera shots and item songs.
Which misogynistic man will be ready to accept another man’s child ? I don’t think so. Which misogynistic man will say to his widowed sister to get into business and have another marriage ? Encouraging her by calling her beautiful, strong and independent.
Are these characters toxic? Yes. Misogynistic. No. Because toxic character behaves rash and agressive towards everyone. The reason will be given below please don’t jump into texting in the name of countering.
Kareena slaps Amir in the end of 3 idiots without any reason. Mona Singh slaps Amir in that climax scene. but everyone just laughed and clapped at the climax. Bro it’s a comedy film why see logic? But logic only works in love drama movies somehow when it was advertised to be a dark one at that?
Why Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film “Animal” was successful?
The movie was successful because the movie was a good commerical masala movie. Audience wanted their 3 hours entertainment and they got it. But the controversy around the movie is mostly based on personal ego and offended feelings. But I do believe geniune discussion about the films ideology should be discussed and scrutinized to see which is good and which is bad.

Controversy surrounding Sandeep Reddy Vanga: You can just read the thread and see how much hatred this guy receives. Yeah he said some stupid things…but this bullying will not make you a righteous person anyway. Otherwise there won’t be any difference between the vanga and you.

No one in the world has the right to personally attack someone. Whether it’s a film maker or the audience who enjoyed animal.
Calling him misogynist is outright stupid. Is he ? Did you met him ? Did any actress or any women for that matter actually came and said that Sandeep was abusive towards them ? His wife said anything wrong about him ? No right ?
Then all those allegations is just holds zero value. What he speaks in interview or in the movies doesn’t seem to reflect even a small percentage of his real life.
It’s really narcissistic of them to give character certificates to people just because they like something that you don’t like.
Is the success of Animal due to Ranbir Kapoor’s acting or Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s direction?
Determining the success of a film involves multiple factors, including the actors’ performances, direction, screenplay, and audience reception. Both Ranbir Kapoor’s acting and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s direction likely contribute to the overall success of “Animal.” Kapoor’s performance and Vanga’s direction are intertwined elements that, when well-executed, can enhance the movie’s appeal. It’s often a combination of various elements that resonates with the audience, making it challenging to attribute success solely to one factor.
